This three-week series will be a facilitated discussion about various ethical scenarios, the decisions we make based on the RID CPC, and the impact those decisions have on stakeholders. Each week participants will be presented with a scenario prior to the scheduled event time, they will prepare their own response to the situation, citing specific RID CPC Tenets, and engage in discussion with other professionals. The facilitator will guide the group through an in depth analysis of the various decisions, and discuss the impact those decisions could have on the stakeholders: deaf consumer, hearing consumer, interpreting profession.
