Our business meeting will be held over Zoom this year; we look forward to welcoming members from all across the state of Illinois.

The meeting link and Board Reports will be posted here on our site and emailed to current members on October 30th.

Please confirm your voting status before the meeting if you would like to vote on organizational business.

MEMBERSHIPS MUST BE RENEWED AND ACTIVE BY OCTOBER 30TH AT 5:00PM TO BE ELIGIBLE TO VOTE.

If you have a motion to present to the membership of IRID, please send it to secretary@irid.org before the meeting. We will accept motions from the floor, but due to the complexities of meeting by Zoom we are strongly encouraging members to submit motions in advance.

If you are interested in serving on the board, or know of someone who would make an excellent officer for IRID, please submit their name to nominations@irid.org. The positions open for election this year are Vice President, Treasurer, Member at Large, and Student Representative. Committees are always accepting volunteers as well!
